Configure your product or setup to your liking—most packages or products include a variety of upgrade options.

During checkout, you’ll be asked to complete a required “Design Details” box. Your order won’t process without it, so please provide as much detail as possible about what you’re envisioning.

After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email and a second email with an invite to your private Client Portal. This is where all communication will happen, and where you’ll upload files and receive your design proofs!

You have two options when it comes to your design & customization:

  • Design it yourself
    Download our print-ready design templates (located in the product description) and create your artwork using a vector-based program like Adobe Illustrator.
    Upload your completed files in your Client Portal or send them via nsbco.wetransfer.com either before or after your purchase.
    We’ll review your files to ensure everything is set up correctly for print and matches your order configuration.

  • Let us handle the design
    Your purchase includes FREE design setup & customization.
    You can upload your logo and design elements directly within your Client Portal. Once we’ve processed your order and reviewed your details, our team will take care of the design and send everything back to you for review and approval.

You’ll receive your design proofs within 24–72 hours after we’ve received your order and processed your design details.

  • If you submitted your own artwork: We’ll review it for print accuracy and match it to your order specs before sending back final proofs.

  • If we’re handling the design: You’ll receive your custom layout for review and approval.

Once your artwork is approved, we’ll move your order into production!

  • Most display products take 7–10 business days to produce.

  • Other items (like keychains, patches, mats, etc.) may take up to 14 business days.

Once completed, your order ships out priority straight to your doorstep.

Note: All communication after placing your order should take place in your Client Portal—it’s the best and most efficient way to stay updated and in touch with our team!
